I am a woman, and I love love taking contemporary portraits of women. Each of us has our own stories, and we all at one point in our lives feel we need to celebrate our journey. That is to me a sparkle that illustrates your golden age.
Mozhgan walked into my studio on a day she turned 40 for capturing it in the best way possible. She came with a champagne, some black balloons and a beautiful yummy cake she made herself. We had such an amazing time in her contemporary portrait session. She is mother of two gorgeous girls and one of the brightest, funniest, strongest and most independent women you could meet! She just filled the studio with her energy as soon as she walked in!

After the hair and makeup done by our professional hair and makeup artist, we started our session by celebration her birthday! I didn’t want to take normal birthday photos, we decided to create something based on her personality and her wish!
40 is a milestone of every woman’s life; feeling more mature and mighty and love to have more adventures. It is the age you are surrounded with your best friends and family and people who love you. You need to celebrate the path you travelled and all the wishes you have for your new chapter of your life.
